The property has its own water supply via a 70 gallon per minute capable well feeding a 1700 gallon underground tank connected to two 120 gallon pressurized above ground surge tanks. An automated alarm system indicates pump status at the bottom of the well. The source can be switched over to city water, if necessary, by simply turning one valve handle. This system has been running seamlessly for four years with no problems. A 100 ft. water table insures uninterrupted water for years to come no matter what drought conditions develop.
Automated lighting is managed by a Crestron Control System capable of programmed lighting for multiple lighting scenes.
An Escient hard drive capable of storing up to 2000 cds, coupled to the Crestron system, distributes four sources of sound to eight zones throughout the house. Source and volume can be controlled independently in each of the rooms of each zone.
Wall finishes include faux painting throughout, applied by a European artisan. Hand painted murals and beams were done by a local renowned artist.
